HR GO are looking to recruit several Helpline Advisors to start 15th February 2021 for their prestigious client based in Newcastle City Centre.
The role is to assist on the Covid helpline and is primarily an inbound help-desk service, providing information and guidance in line with government policy to parents, citizens and education providers around issues on education and Covid-19.
Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, based on a 37.5 hours per week and also working 1 in every 6 weekends.
You will be provided with full FAQ's and guidance documents that are updated up to 3 times daily with new information, so successful candidates must be able to navigate that document as it is a large resource.
Things not covered are escalated in line with processes to DfE.
You must possess excellent telephone skills and also be able to log detailed information into CRM systems.
The rate of pay is £8.72 an hour and you must be willing to complete an online test and telephone interview.
You will also be subject to undertake a Basic DBS.
Training will be office based for a week and then working from home after that time.
