Health and Safety Officer Our client are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Officer to join the HR department for a 1 year contract. This role is to promote a positive health and safety culture within the group through, implementing, coordinating and maintaining the Health and Safety policies whilst complying with all relevant legislation. This will also include being the company's appointed Data Protection Office (DPO) and support all General Data Protection Regulating (GDPR) activities. Skills and Experience * Knowledge of basic employment and health and safety legislation * Have a recognised health and safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH * Good GDPR knowledge * Communication skills * Customer service skills * Strong influencing and interpersonal skills * IT Skills * Organisation skills * Team work Performance Measures * Provide personnel administrative support to the company * Maintain and update personnel records * Ensure that all Group o operates best practice in applying Health and Safety throughout all department * Keep abreast of development within Health and Safety to ensure policies and procedures are up to date * To keep up to date with all General Data Protection Regulations and support the organisations to maintain compliance Location: Harlow Salary: £28k
