• Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator
• Location: Eastbourne
• Salary: £28,000-£38,000 (DOE)
• Job Type: Permanent/Full time
• Working hours: 7:30am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and motivated Health and Safety Coordinator to join a well-established roofing company in Eastbourne. As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all employees and contractors on various sites and projects. Your primary focus will be identifying and minimising potential hazards and implementing safety protocols.

Roles required include

• Production of Project RAMS
• Project site visits
• Prestart meeting attendance, participation, and document production
• Site toolbox talks
• On site audits and inspections
• PPE, plant, and scaffold inspection

Applicant will require

• NEBOSH certification
• Experience in construction health and safety
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Hold current H&S qualifications
• Be a team player and work well in a group and on own
• Be confident, enthusiastic, approachable, and reliable
• Have willing to enhance the role and bring forward new ideas and initiatives

MUST have UK Drivers Licence
