HRGO are currently recruiting for a Grind Operative, on a temp to perm basis to support our manufacturing client in Hythe, Kent.

Main responsibilities of the Grind Operator is to; Prepare the machine for grinding operations (setting) Grinding, debarring and polishing work pieces to bring them to the desired shape and dimensions, in accordance with the design specifications. Mounting and dismounting work pieces on/from the grinding machine.

The successful applicant will need to have strong attention to dimensions and detail, be able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong PC skills and be organised, flexible and an excellent communicator.

Hours of work are Mon - Thurs 8-5, Friday 8-1.
