During a period of key expansion, my is looking for an experienced administrator. The key purpose of the full-time role is to provide both paraplanning and mortgage support, working closely with our advisers as a key member of our support team.
Role & Responsibilities
Work as part of the Support team dealing with incoming calls and new enquiries.
Deal with incoming correspondence from providers and clients.
Facilitate client credit checks.
Support advisers in the preparation of suitability reports, client service agreement letters and assist in checking valuations.
Schedule client annual review and mortgage meetings.
Prepare client annual review meeting documentation.
Fulfilment of agreed tasks following client annual reviews and mortgage meetings.
Ensure client files comply with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Provide on-going support to advisers by dealing with client queries that do not require IFA advice.
Meet and greeting of visitors.
Full time position - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Skills and experience required:
Previous financial experience ideal, but not essential
High level of analytical capability and good communication skills
