Finanace Administrator

We have a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a finance / accounts department

Job Purpose:

Data entry administrator and assisting with all finance operations in our very busy Finance Department

You don't have to have AAT or an accounts qualification but it will be beneficial

Finance Administrator tasks

  • Assisting with AP and AR postings to the main ERP System

  • Maintaining ledger postings on the EU Subsidiary.

  • Helping with ledger postings on the US subsidiary.

  • Maintaining Customer Rebates

  • Looking after the Company Petty cash.

  • Control of Company credit cards and entering credit card expenses into the ledger.

  • Following up invoices on dispute with customer services so issues are resolved.

  • Taking credit card payments and control of proformas.

  • Providing customers with copy invoices & statements as required.

  • Helping Credit Control with daily invoice batch as required

  • Report to AP manager and Credit Controller and on a bi weekly basis

  • Assisting the AP Manager and Credit Controller as required.

  • Liaison with the Amazon task force team and assisting with Amazon - Finance tasks as needed.

  • Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Available/ Flexible for working Overtime

Hours and Benefits

  • 40 hour weeks

  • Hours flexible start and finish times. (Normally 8-5 with an hour for lunch)

  • 23 days holiday increases to 25 after three years

  • Salary circa 25k plus bonus worth 5% linked to company EBITDA results

  • They buy lunch for their staff!!
