Field Sales Business Development Manager We currently looking for an experience sales consultant who is looking to progress in a different direction of their career. This is a field sales role for a Business Development Consultant covering the South of England. My clients are a a large successful financial company of 25 years. They provide a full range of compliance, technology and care to thousands of independent contractors helping make the most of their business. Requirements * Minimum 2 years experience * Minimum 2 years B2B experience * Umbrella/PSC industry experience not essential but desirable * Experience within recruitment, sales or face to face new business sales environment * Ability to work under pressure and to targets * Good sound knowledge of sales * Enthusiastic, motivated and driven * Able to priorities and time management * Ability to communicate clearly Role Purpose The Ideal person would be someone with a recruitment background, enjoys talking with people and building relationships with existing and new clients. You will be tasked with the sale of products and services within a specific geographical region. Duties * Finding new clients * Building and developing existing relationships/clients * Following up leads, identifying key accounts and forecasting sales targets * Use of database and applications * Maintaining and leveraging your network by cold calling. * Identifying potential clients and meeting potential clients * Developing sales and marketing campaigns * Being knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the business * Selling products face to face and over the phone
