HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start on the ASAP, for a prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area (SR5 3XJ)

JOB Details

On-going Temporary Assignment - Data Entry Administrator.

Location: World Freight Terminal, York Drive, Manchester M90 5QX

Overall- Keying in custom entries to comply with shipment regulations which will need to be scanned into their system.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry- good attention to detail
• Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers
• Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T. skills
• Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance
• Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations
• Follow predefined procedures and processes
• Regular interaction with first line management
• Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors
• Maintaining the CRM
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned
• Full training will be given

• Accuracy and attention to detail

Hourly rate - £10.50 per hour, you will be paid weekly by HR GO Recruitment.

On-going assignment with the possibility of going permanent.

Shifts Available:

F/T- Monday to Thursday, 11.30am to 8pm and Friday 11.30am to 7pm.

P/T- Monday to Thursday. 3pm to 8pm and Friday 3pm to 7pm.
