Candidates interested in this position will need to possess strong export knowledge and be able to organise sea, air and road freight movement of goods exporting from the UK. You will be fully aware of export documentation and the preparation of export invoices.
Other duties of this role will be to progress customer orders and to monitor any changes / identify issues that arise.
You will need to liaise with all internal departments regarding orders, ensuring that deadlines are being met. You will be required to organise customer deliveries.
Candidates will need to possess excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will need to be confident when liaising with clients either on the telephone or face to face (via Zoom at present).
Other duties will be to maintain the client price lists, updating the system accordingly.
