Estates Manager

HRGO are working alongside a local govt contractor to recruit for an Estates manager to work from their busy site in Ashford.

The role is initially a 6 month contract and will have the responsibility of managing the commercial, industrial and non-residential properties in my clients portfolio.

  • Agreeing new and renewed leases
  • Sorting landlord of tenant issues
  • Provide valuations and estate management services
  • Lead and manage a small team
  • Negotiate terms for acquisition
  • Negotiate with landowners and other interested parties about compulsory purchase or purchase by agreement.
  • Advise on land-purchase issues and keep up-to-date with land

We are looking for candidates from a Estates Management background who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners.
