The purpose of this role is to develop electronic designs for high volume manufacturing of ECU's for use in existing products and also future zero emission propulsion systems.

You will need to evaluate the customer and internal requirements and propose electronics hardware solutions.

You will develop worst case analysis, develop schematics, bills of materials and other technical documentation as necessary.

Candidates will need to have experience of problem solving methodologies and functional safety / FMEDA. You will possess strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Candidates who have had Powertrain Electronics experience would be beneficial.

Candidates need to have worked in a similar role / automotive background previously and will be able to support Validation / Manufacturing Development and Test Teams.
