Experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer required for our client based in Medway.

Candidates will need to demonstrate that they have experience in breakdown response for machine tools and assembly lines. You will be required to fault find and rectify by way of basic mechanical interventions, modification and development.

You will be required to monitor and track spares required for your area and keep up to date records of required parts. You will raise purchase requests for such items, liaising with purchasing to understand deadlines.

Knowledge required:-

• Educated to HNC / HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• An Electrical Engineering background with involvement with machine tools and processes
• Experience in maintaining, developing and repairing machinery.
• A good general working knowledge of PLC's and how to fault find.
• PC diagnostics and repair
• Drive diagnostics and repair
• Desirable - CNC diagnostic and memory backup/restore
