Our Essex Herts border M11 based client is world manufacturing provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment . They are currently seeking two levels of Product Design, Engineering that draws on knowledge of manufacturing techniques, product development, technical design and rapid hands on prototyping to bring new innovations to market.

Due to company progression they are seeking a Design Engineer and a Senior Design Engineer . They are within two different personable design teams with their busy Engineering group .

Sr. Design Engineer: (Hands on ) To work within the Commercial Design Team focusing on the manufacturing of diesel engine driven, hydraulically powered mobile equipment. Knowledge of engine applications and hydraulics is very desirable. YOU May be designing sheet metal parts, weld on , castings, rotor -moulded plastics and vacuum formed plastics. Must be comfortable with a spanner as there will be occasions where they will you applying your knowledge in the proto type workshop. If you can demonstrate personal interest in working on cars, motorcycles, would be advantageous to the role

Qualification Level : CREO or equivalent . Salary35k-41k Dependent on experience

Design Engineer: ( Hands On ) This is based In the Consumer Design Team group working on petrol and battery powered equipment ridie on machinery. Experience with petrol engine or battery powered Consumer products is very desirable. May be designing sheet metal component parts, weldments, castings, roto-moulded plastics, injection moulded plastics and vacuum formed plastics. Again it is very desirable that you are comfortable with a spanner / screwdriver as there will be occasions where they will be in the shop floor . Practical interest in working on cars, motorcycles, etc. is a plus.

Qualification Level : CREO or equivalent . Salary32k-36k Dependent on experience
