Data Entry/Admin Assistants needed!
We are looking for Data Entry/Admin Assistants working a temporary contract to start in mid August 2021 based in the Stansted area. The role involves data entry and dealing with customer queries.
Shift times are: Tuesday-Saturday, 09:30-17:30.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve issues as required
Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers
Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations
Data Entry- good attention to detail
Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T skills
Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance
Follow predefined procedures and processes
Regular interaction with first line management
Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors
Maintaining the CRM
Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise
Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Full training will be given
