HR GO are looking for an Experienced Customer Service/Administration Manager for an expanding and growing company in New Romney, Kent you will be required to assist the General manager, primarily with Customer service functions and secondarily in all aspects of business administration and organisation
Key responsibilities
Processing customer orders
Answering customer enquiries via email telephone and mail
Reception activities
Arranging staff travel and accommodation
Assisting with HR duties
Assisting with production management
Ordering office and workshop supplies
Maintaining filing system
Providing admin support for the General Manager
Interactions
Act as primary contact point for customers
Work closely with the General Manager
Liaise with the production teams
Liaise and support the delivery teams
Location dictates that this will suit someone that can drive as Public Transport is irregular to this destination.
