HR GO are looking to recruit both part-time and full-time Customer Service Advisors to start 2nd August 2021 for their prestigious client based in the Washington/Gateshead area. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:-
High volume inbound calls taking orders and dealing with customer queries
Livechat and responding to Facebook enquiries
Processing orders and taking payments
Liaising with couriers to track orders
Capturing data and uploading details onto system
Successful candidates must have at least 2 years Call Centre experience and have excellent written skills for working on Live Chat and attention to detail is a must.
You must also be flexible for shifts as the patterns are challenging, so you must be able to commit to the hours. The shifts are as follows dependent upon part-time or full-time.
Weekend shift workers will be (dedicated weekend workers) - OFFICE BASED
7am to 3:30pm Saturday and Sunday week 1 shift ( Office based)
10am to 6:30pm Saturday and Sunday week 2 shift( Office based)
1:30pm to 10pm Saturday and Sunday week 3 shift (Working from home)
Full-time workers (Monday to Friday (no weekends) - HOME WORKING
Shift's will be 1.30pm to 10:00pm (working from home on the late shift) Monday to Friday no weekends until Nov and Dec and may be needed for extra hours.
The rate of pay is £9.16 an hour and could potentially lead to a permanent role for the right candidates.
