HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start on the 9th and 16th August, for a prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area.
The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.
This role is a permanent position and pays £18,180 per annum. plus shift allowance working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm. Responsibilities and main Attributes:-
Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
Communicate the benefits of products and services
Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
Ability to work to targets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understand and upsell the company products
Data entry and information gathering
Ability to work to KPI'S
IT literate and attention to detail
Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable
Consistent delivery of quality and attention to details
Enthusiasm for customer service and satisfaction
IT literate and competent
Our client's opening hours are 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and 9am-5pm on a Sunday, therefore full flexibility is required for these hours. You will be working full time on a flexible shift pattern - rota will be given 6 weeks in advance
