Customer Service Advisor We are helping our local client recruit for a Customer Service Advisor to join their company, working within their small, but busy Customer Service department. Our client is a leader in their field, who distribute sporting goods and are based on the outskirts of Bishops Stortford. The successful candidate will be technically minded, be able to understand how things work and diagnose problems remotely. The successful candidate must have previous experience within a Customer Service Advisory role. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for sporting goods, diagnosing technical issues via the telephone. * Dealing with the Retailers, Service agents and End Users * Dealing with unhappy customers via phone and email. * Ability to understand technical terms, be able to break things down and explain to the customer. * Other ad hoc administration duties Essential skills: * Must be technically minded with an interest on how things work * Must have experience within a Customer Service background. * Excellent attention to detail * Must have a polite, confident telephone manner.
