HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisor to start on the ASAP
Office based role - Hours are between 9:00am - 18:00pm Monday - Friday
The ideal candidate should have experience customer service and have excellent communication skills.
This role is a temp position and pays £10.00 per hour.
Looking for outgoing persons to receive all customer enquiries and service requests via the telephone, email and chat: to resolve as many requests at first point of contact as possible working as part of a friendly team. Must be an accurate typist with a relatively good typing speed and be able to communicate with customers effectively over the telephone. Must be computer literate
Responsibilities and main Attributes: -
* Receive inbound calls.
* Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
* Ability to work to targets
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* IT literate and attention to detail
* Experience of working within a customer service environment is desirable
* Consistent delivery of quality and attention to details
* Enthusiasm for customer service and satisfaction
* IT literate and competent
