Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Malton, Sherburn
Salary: £24,000p/a + Benefits
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.15 - 16.40 and Friday 08.15 - 15.55
We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team based in Sherburn. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience with good computer skills.
What will you be doing?
Input orders into the SAP system, process and check details and resolve any issues or queries.
Generating and sending order acknowledgements.
The timely release of order details to Production Control.
Handling day-to-day enquiries received regarding either a specific contract or product or general information.
Coordinating the delivery of each contract and notifying the customer of the delivery date (and time).
Responding promptly and effectively when problems arise, in-house or on-site, to minimise disruption and delay.
Logging of complaints and assistance in investigating these.
Assisting with the resolution of Finance queries and raising appropriate credits/debits.
