HRGO are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrators.
You will have a great telephone manner, have a flexible approach to work and be able to demonstrate accuracy and good attention to detail. Solid IT skills are required with a sound working knowledge of Word and Excel, training will be provided on their in-house systems and procedures.
This is a busy varied role that will include liaising with customers, scheduling appointments, liaising with other departments to book in works and other general admin as required.
The roles will be offered on a temporary basis and they are expected to be for approximately 2-3 months.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
