Due to continued growth despite current climate our client is seeking Inbound Customer Helpline Advisor to join a fast paced financial contact centre environment.

All positions are Temp-Perm which is a great opportunity who find themselves out of work due to current climate. We are seeking applicants from a wide range of previous industries including Hospitality/Retail/Customer Service/College or even those looking for a new challenge.

Role Specifics

• Handling customer calls in relation to all investment accounts
• Inputting customer data via using internal database / multiple systems
• Manage and effectively log customer complaints
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Directing customer queries to the relevant teams via email when required
• Assisting customers with purchasing and withdrawing from their investment accounts

Roles are due to start from 3.8.2021 and throughout August 2021 and are subject to a satisfactory credit check and DBS check which the client will undertake on your behalf.
