Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Kirkby, Liverpool

Hours: Between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (e.g. 9-5pm/8-4pm/10-6pm)

Salary: £8.91 P/H, Weekly Pay

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication "scripts"
• Understanding and maintaining GDPR rules and regulations
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond
• Achieve and exceed call quality targets
• Liaise with other bodies
• Managing own targets such as call times and other KPIs

Skills and Experience:

• Good computer skills with accurate data entry
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Adaptability to different personality types
• Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
• The ability to display empathy and patience
• Be able to keep calm under pressure, due to high call volumes
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
