Position: Customer Advisor
Hours: 37.5 hour week
Salary: £327.00 per week
We are currently looking for a number of candidates on contractual basis, main duties will be:
To assist with general enquires.
Contact local business to obtain information and offer advice and services.
Process and document discussions via system.
Escalate calls to relevant departments.
Previous experience within an office environment.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to be persistent.
Previous experience or knowledge within a health and safety role / environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Able to multi task.
Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Accurate data entry skills.
