CNC Press Brake Operative

HRGO Wakefield are currently looking for Skilled CNC Operatives on behalf of a growing Manufacturing Company based in Normanton. Semi Skilled Operatives may also be considered,

Role- CNC Press Brake Operative

Hours - DAYS 06.00-14.00 & AFTERS 14.00-22.00 (WEEKLY ROTATION)

Pay - Skilled = £10.66 + 20% shift allowance

Other Benefits:- the company efficiency bonus scheme which pays up to £1000 per year based on achieving the required targets, overtime is paid at time x ½ + £30 per week attendance bonus paid after 12 weeks

A skilled CNC Operative should:-

  • CNC Press brake setter/operator capable of setting and running Amada or similar folding press.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work to precise tolerances in various thin gauge materials such as stainless steel, carbon steels and aluminium.
  • Experienced Laser operators required to run CNC laser (Amada or similar) cutting mild steel, stainless steels & aluminium in various thicknesses.
  • Experienced Laser / Punch combi operators required to set and run CNC punch press (Amada or similar) producing parts from thin sheet steel, stainless & aluminium.
  • Experience setting and maintaining all types of tooling including form tooling required.
