A medical device manufacturer in Harlow Essex CM20 is currently seeking a traditional .

CNC Machine Shop Setter/ Operator/ Inspector 　

Main Job Purpose: The setting and running of all Machine Shop machinery Imperial CNC and manufacture of products in line with monthly production requirement.

Secondary Purpose: Perform first offs, self-Inspection of components and final products within GI and WIP environments

• All work is completed within the specified time limits and to an acceptable standard.

• Be competent at setting/running a wide range of Machine Shop machinery.

• Perform GI and WIP inspection activities.

• Perform reasonable assigned duties.
• Ability to read drawings
• Attention to detail and Quality of work
• Machine/produce items in line with monthly or specified requirements

• Good teamwork with excellent communication

• Knowledge of inspection equipment Gauges Verniers
• Carry out first off, self-inspection and final inspection
• Abrasive Safety certificate
• Carry out general machining and hand bench work as required.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 7am to 3.20pm　 Friday 　7am to 12 midday 　.35 hour week

We would also look to start as a Temporary operative with a view to a permanent position _
