Client Relations and Administrator An exciting opportunity for an experience administrator to join an busy organisation based in Much Hadham. This job would suit someone who enjoys speaking and communicating with people at all levels, building strong lasting relationships as well as administrative duties. Supporting and working closely with the office manager and team to manage all events. The right person needs to be highly motivated individual with great organisation skills and time management and be happy to move with the office, due to expansion the office is looking to relocate the summer of 2020 to North Weald. Essential * Administration experience * Excellent & professional telephone, oral, written and IT communication skills * Highly organised, able to priorities and manage workload * Good knowledge of Hertfordshire Duties * Carry out a full range of administrative tasks as required to support the team. * Event management * Follow up all enquiries for clients, completing all pack requests to be sent out. * Send out thank you letters for all supporters who have made a donation. * Purchase orders * Monitor online platform, liaising with the Finance Team. * Work with the Events Administrator * Apply for street licences where required and complete the accompanying return statements. * Send all corporates and COTYs the relevant information and items they have requested from meetings with management * Maintain records * Prepare associated paperwork, book rooms and take minutes for meeting * Answer Reception overflow calls, dealing with general enquiries from the public. * Understand and use database effectively, working to guidelines distributed by CRM Manager.
