We are looking for a Head Chef for a highly respected , friendly, Gastro Pub near Stansted Village (not a group chain ) M11 A120 Essex Cambridge Herts Border Fresh food experience (home cooked pies ,succulent steaks is speciality ) is imperative for the right Candidate as everything here is made from scratch. Energy, ambition and a great work ethic are all factors that we are looking for in this open minded Head Chef. This position is perfect for a Head Chef that is looking to make a name for themselves in the area, you will be given all the tools to create a high level of food and manage within a strong team. This Head Chef role is available End of July/ Early August - and is full time. (48-58 hours per week) Weekend Work is included with Wednesday, Thursday off in its present work rota format.
