HRGO Recruitment are looking for experienced Care Assistants to work within a Residential Care Home based in Maldon.

To provide care for the service users respective of their individual needs and in a manner to enhance their quality of life.

About the role:

• To assist residents with daily care needs which they would normally undertake themselves if they were able to do so
• To participate in activities
• Supporting residence to maintain independence
• Provide support with all areas of personal care such as Personal hygiene, toileting, oral hygiene
• Supporting with skin care and pressure areas
• Ensuring you are keeping accurate and up to date records
• Supporting with meals and dietary needs
• Supporting all residents with dignity and respect

About you

• Must have previous experience within health and social care
• must be flexible to work on a rota
• Must be able to work as a team member as well as on your own
