Temporary Call Centre/Customer Service Advisors Required!

We are looking for people with great Customer Service Skills, who are looking to work for a successful, fun and sociable organisation to join their busy call centre team, in the centre if Bishops Stortford.

The role will be to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers through ensuring a timely and efficient service.

Hours - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends.

Paying £8.21 per hour plus bonuses.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To deal with all customer orders and queries by telephone, emails and letters and promptly process all orders/queries
• To contribute to the attainment of the departmental target
• Accurate data entry
• Taking customer call backs
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• To effectively follow all departmental procedures
• To make suggestions on procedure/process improvement
• To embrace change with enthusiasm to ensure that the department develops and grows as the business develops and grows
• Where necessary be involved in training of new staff
• General admin tasks as required

No experience necessary, full training given.
