£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus Car/Car Allowance & Excellent commission structure OTE £100K plus!

Your Mission

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Doncaster, you MUST have recruitment industry experience to be considered for this role.

The role requires a strong focus on sales, client relationship management, and achieving growth targets.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Implement and lead the sales strategy locally, to drive business growth and meet and exceed your individual and team targets.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage recruitment consultants' performance against set sales targets.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment contracts, including fees, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients that have 20-50+ workers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to maintain high levels of customer service.

Industry Knowledge and Networking:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal regulations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network and promote the agency's services

Team Management and Leadership

  • Set direction and manage performance of Recruitment consultants in your team
  • Support individuals in the team to achieve their targets through coaching and development

Background, Experiences and Skills

  • Recruitment agency experience (temporary staff)
  • Proven agency experience of selling medium size contracts into the SME space.
  • Commercial acumen
  • Sales performance management
  • Relationship management
  • Business development
  • Self-motivated, results driven.
  • Need full, clean driving licence as travel will be required for this role.
  • Tech savvy
