Position: Business Development Manager Team Lead
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £DOE P/A + On target earnings with no caps so out performance will be rewarded
Due to growth and success, my client is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Team Lead well established Consultancy Company.
As this is a player-manager based role, we are looking for a combination of team management as well as B2B sales experience. You will have your own individual target as well as a team target to be achieved. You will need to lead by example and ideally have previous Software Sales, Advertising Solutions or Marketing Services based background.

About the role
Leading your sales team, with a focus on sales activity, ensuring you create a positive culture which results in a high performing team that meets and exceeds targets
Coaching your team members, ensuring you understand their individual strengths and areas for growth and development
Leading pipeline review meetings, discussing he status of pending deals focusing on obstacles to closing deals and taking steps to remove these obstacles
Developing new assets to improve sales including sales-based scripts and other sales enablement content and activities
Identifying and engaging with potential new customers through a variety of direct outbound communications (phone, email and linked in)
Running effective discovery meetings to better understand our prospects goals, challenges and problems
Hosting online demos to potential customers to demonstrate how we can add value by solving their problems and challenges helping them achieve their goals
Closing new sales whilst managing a busy pipeline of deals at different stages in the process
