HRGO Northampton are working closely with a client to find a suitable candidate in Northampton to work as an Administrator
The Household Support Fund is a UK only grant scheme that services the poorer population in Northamptonshire. They will be part of the House Support Fund team, processing applications for this service.
This will include sending emails or letters to applicants, conducting any relevant checks, gaining vital information to process the applications quickly and efficiently.
Therefore, it is critical that we have experienced applicants who are comfortable dealing with all types of residents in the UK as some of the calls can be quite emotional.
The successful candidate will require excellent administration and communication skills, ability to prioritise workload with a strong eye for details as on a daily basis you will be dealing with sensitive information which is required to be accurate at all times.
This role is Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm @ £10.70 per hour
