Job Title: Administrator with Secretarial Support
Salary Expectation: £18k- £21k based on experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday - 9.30am-5pm & Friday 9.30am-3pm
HRGO Recruitment are looking for an Administrator with Secretarial Support for an Accountancy Firm based in the Bexhill office.
Ideally you have the following skills/attributes:
Numerate (minimum GCSE level Maths or equivalent)
Calm under pressure
Organised, responsible, methodical and reliable - with attention to detail and good concentration
Excellent Word and Excel skills
Good communication skills and willing to work as part of a team
Relevant work experience or 'A' Levels (or equivalent)
The varied position will involve client work such as submission of time sensitive documents, liaising with clients and providing support to the professional team and also dealing with internal administrative compliance processes.
Other duties will include:
General office admin and secretarial support. Accuracy is key, and must have ability to create own letters.
Ability to work with spreadsheets, have good numerate skills to be aware of reasonableness's of results.
Reception, both phone and visitors to the office. Clear voice, pleasant manner essential.
This is ideally a full-time position, but part-time (3-4 days) may be considered for the right candidate.
Daily attendance at the workplace will be required
20 Days plus 8 days bank holiday + increases 1 day a year
Finish early on a Friday
