Admin Co-Ordinator for Leading Co based in Elstree
Administrator with at least 2- 3 years office administration experience required for our client a Leading and friendly company based in Elstree, parking on site available. To work with a team of four Planners providing full administrative support, being the first point of contact for the company and providing assistance with clients. Monitoring all emails and taking necessary actions or communicating to individuals to resolve queries.
2-3 years Office Administration experience with excellent computer skills
Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Self-motivated and focused
Must be computer literate.
Enjoys a project and finishing it through to the end.
Driven and motivated with a can-do attitude.
Adaptable on taking on tasks out of their set role.
High level of data input
2-3 years recent office administration experience with a stable and proven word history
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
First point of contact for incoming calls and taking the required actions
Monitoring all emails and taking necessary actions or communicating to individuals to resolve queries.
Produce daily and monthly internally and external reports ensuring they are accurate and in line with the agreed SLA.
Ensure all customer external portals are updated daily.
Providing communication to specific team members on open reactive jobs, SLA and chasing for ETA's
Updating and closing completed jobs on behalf of the team.
Ensuring specific certificates/reports are uploaded in line with legal requirements and customer expectations.
