Being a Senior Consultant is exciting and rewarding. I'm always up for a challenge, be it managing other consultants to help better their skills or seeking out new client contracts to hit targets and earn that much deserved bonus. My job is thoroughly enjoyable, but I'm always thinking of better ways to do things and at HR GO, they are keen to listen to my suggestions to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.
