I joined HR GO Recruitment in Bishop’s Stortford as an Apprentice Administrator, in August 2013. I successfully worked my way up to a Recruitment Consultant within the Commercial Sector, where we specialise in temporary and permanent office and professional positions.
Having recently returned from maternity leave, within a new position as the Branch Assistant, my role now involves supporting a team of eight consultants. This requires a good awareness of each consultants desk, covering their work load during holiday absence as well as building a solid relationship with their candidates and clients. Excellent organisational and communication skills are an essential part of my job and the ability to maintain strong working relationships. I am also responsible for the branch compliance, for both candidates and clients to meet audit requirements. I feel extremely passionate about recruitment and thoroughly enjoy being a key member to our very busy branch.
