Refer a friend (temporary workers)

Applies to participating branches only - please check with your local branch. 

The Company will pay a referral bonus in the form of £200 Amazon Vouchers to a temporary worker who refers a friend once the friend has reached the threshold for the scheme, provided that all the terms of this scheme are satisfied.

Only one referral bonus will be paid for each new temporary worker. If more than one eligible temporary worker refers the same friend the referral bonus will be paid to the person whose submission was made first in line with the procedure below.

There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made.

Terms:

For an introducing individual to receive the referral bonus the following terms must be satisfied:

• The new temporary worker must have completed 10 consecutive shift HR GO Recruitment company.
• Both the introducing individual and the new temporary worker must be engaged by the Company at the time of payment. Where either party's assignment is under notice of termination (whether given by the client or the temporary worker) at the time the payment is due, the Company retains full discretion not to pay the bonus.
• The new temporary worker must not have registered for work with HR GO Recruitment previously or have been referred by another source.
• The payment of any bonus will be wholly at the discretion of the Company and there is no guarantee that you will receive a bonus at any time, irrespective of whether bonuses have been paid to you or to others on previous occasions.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend this scheme at any time. 

Procedure:

The individual making the referral should complete a copy of the temporary worker friend referral form available from the branch.

Please confirm with your friend that they are happy to be contacted. 

No retrospective referral applications can be accepted.
