HRGO Recruitment are working with a Maldon based Distribution Centre and are currently recruiting on their behalf for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver. The successful candidate must hold a current independent Counterbalance licence and have a minimum of one year experience. A flexible approach is essential and a willingness to carry out other general yard duties where required. Following a shift rota the working hours are 7am to 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off rotating, meaning some shifts will fall on a Saturday and/or Sunday . The hourly rate of pay is £8.50 for the first 12 weeks, thereafter the hourly rate increases to £9.13. The successful candidate must be; Able to commit to working any 4 days out of 7 (including weekends) Able to drive a Counterbalance Forklift and hold the appropriate licence A good communicator Located locally to Maldon or have own transport due to limited public transport service at the weekend Please apply and a representative of HRGO Recruitment will contact you.
