Salary guide: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking precision engineering company? We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join their team on the late shift at their Braintree facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines (primarily Haas and Mazak) to produce high-precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in CNC milling, with the ability to set and operate machines independently.
Proficiency with Haas and Mazak CNC controls.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
