6 Month FTC - Workforce Organisational Development with Change Management experience in NW London

Remote work can be considered however site attendance once a week would be desirable.

£43,000 per annum (pro-rata for 6 months FTC)

Duties will include:

• Provide high level advice and consultancy analysing development needs and designing, delivering or organising delivery of appropriate activities to meet organisational, team and individual needs
• Provide professional advice, guidance and support to all levels on leadership, organisational change and team development
• Support the development of career pathways, academic progression, promotion and career development
• Lead the development and implementation of OD systems and processes

Person Specification

• Membership of the CIPD or other relevant professional body
• Degree or equivalent experience (Masters desirable)
• Significant experience in organisation design and development
• Experience of implementing talent management systems and competency frameworks
• Change management experience
• Proven ability to design, deliver and facilitate learning programmes

Salary £43,000 per annum (pro-rata for 6 month FTC)

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within the Higher Education sector and be available from September 2022
