Our Client are a Sawmill and Joinery company that manufactures a wide range of gates, fencing and landscaping materials.

Due to ongoing exceptional demand their Joinery department has an excellent opportunity for a Wood Machine Operator

to join their long-established family run business near Frome, in Somerset

As part of this team you will be responsible for a range of machine operative tasks within an extremely busy production environment.

This includes the operation of:

Moulders

Morticers

Tennoners

Dimension Saws

Various other machinery

The position is offered on a full-time basis and experience within a similar environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

The ideal candidate will:

be reliable and hard working

have the ability to work at a high level of accuracy

be keen to learn and progress

demonstrate a high standard of attention to detail

include your favourite colour upon application

work well under pressure within a busy team

6- 3.30 or 7- 4.30 days

nights

9 pm to 7 am

Monday to Thursday nights will be 7pm to 3 am

Experienced or semi experienced wood machinists in a wood machine shop would be great
