MIG / TIG Welder / Fabricator

Rate Guide: £13.00 to £15.00 per hour. Overtime paid at time half.

Long established traditional Engineering Company requires a Welder / Fabricator with MIG and TIG experience.

Duties involves MIG, TIG welding and fabricating of mild steel and stainless steel to produce electrical enclosures, sheet metal cabinets and frameworks, working from engineering drawings.

Candidates must have significant experience in light gauge welding. (1 mil to 3 mil) and have significant fabrication experience with Punch & Brake Press Machines.

Required:

• Able to read drawings
• Significant experience of thin gauge TIG & MIG welding
• Sheet Metal Experience
• Team player
• Able to communicate to others
• Health and safety awareness
• Any previous TIG or MIG Coding's an advantage

Shift: Days, Mon-Fri. 0800-1630 (40 hours)
