Working for one of the UK's leading food service and facilities providers, my client is looking for a Commis Chef to work Saturdays and Sunday from 7am to 3pm at an organisation based in Northfleet.
They are looking for someone who can maintain highest standards in food hygiene, service & presentation (HACCP & Health & Safety Legislation), has a good knowledge of menu preparation and planning and knowledge of food costings.
You will be a proactive member of the kitchen team which is consistently producing high quality food and have the flexibility and ability to innovate in all relevant areas.
My client is looking for someone with at least 1 year's experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HACCP and H & S legislation required, good computer skills would be an advantage.
