Our client is a leading supplier in the construction industry, and they are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Bridgwater.

Based at their new warehouse in Bridgwater, they are looking for someone to manage the operational side of the business, take control and responsibility of all the goods in/out, manage the stock/samples and ensure quality control procedures are adhered to. The role does include physically getting involved in picking/packing and is very much hands-on in assisting the current warehouse personnel to pack, strap and load pallets, do occasional deliveries (3.5ton dropside) etc.

Essential candidate attributes

• Must be proficient in IT and have experience in using an ERP system (preferably experience in ZOHO ERP, but not essential)

• Ability to manage people

• Willing to undertake a variety of tasks, from physically handling products, to creating new systems and recruiting warehouse staff.

• Positive and solutions minded.

• Full driving licence
