Line Leader Temporary to Permanent Location: Alconbury PE28 £8.37 per hour, rising to £9.49 per hour after 12 weeks Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 Our client is looking for Line leaders to join their busy warehouse team. To drive the production lines to fulfil daily production targets, whilst meeting the required quality level, keeping the working area clean and tidy and minimising the accident/incidents at work. Key Responsibilities * To support and oversee the running of production lines * Ensure product change overs are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner * Ensure product is produced to the agreed specification * Work, and ensure others work, in accordance with Health & Safety procedures * Drive quality, ensuring that all quality checks are carried out and recorded in line with company systems & procedures * Record and report accurate information including production statistics * Liaise with site specialists (Engineering, Quality, Technical) to ensure line quality and performance is at maximum level * Supervision & training of agency workers * An understanding of people management and "Lean" tools. * Have previous experience within the FMCG environment * Understand and promote KPI and target effectiveness.
