Job Specification POSITION: Property Maintenance / Facilities / FLT LOCATION: Manchester HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm SALARY: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour REF: VR/00610 Overall Job Purpose The facility technician will report to the Depot manager in the delivery of facility maintenance activities To carry out planned and reactive works for various FM based service lines. Delivering 1st class FM solutions, achieving top level customer service whilst driving a clearly defined strategy. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Carry out PPM's, inspections and repairs to buildings and their associated equipment in line with specific PPM plans and Customer requirements * Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction and in line with specific inspection instructions * Ensure that all records of PPM checks are kept in the appropriate manner * Ensure all work is carried out fully * Identify potential for extra sales and compiling quotations for additional work * Proactively maintain and improve facility maintenance inline with client and depot manager direction * General building utility repair and maintenance activities; heating, plumbing, carpentry and handy many services * Assist with movement of goods loading and off loading FLT required) Performance Measures: * Customer satisfaction * Quality of finished work * Timely job completion * Accuracy of completed job sheets * Health and Safety compliance * Job completion against plan Please call Nicola for more information on 0151 3474900 or email your cv to Nicola@hrgoliverpool.co.uk
