UX/UI Designer - Manchester

As part of our Manchester team expansion is hiring for creative UX Designer to join Design Team. As s UX/UI Designer you will be natural in researching, analysing and assessing clients' target markets to understand their business value. You will also have a sharp eye for UI Design, with the ability to take carefully crafted UX prototypes, to deliberate, beautifully designed user interface.

Day to day activities include:

• Taking responsibility for your designs and proactively looking for better, sustained improvements
• Managing all forms of requirements gathering, user search, and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected for each project and client
• Providing a clear hypothesis, evidence of usable research and rationale for design decisions to the client
• Working on conjunction with the CRO Team to deliver the best possible product for all users
• Driving the creation wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and interaction designs
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaborations with stakeholders and engineers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps when necessary
• Guiding and adopting a collaborative approach with the team

Other key responsibilities:

• Developing and documenting best practice and successful UX/UI approaches
• Performing both light touch and deep dive UX audits, and designing measurable improvements
• Working with the CRO team and Engineers to identify opportunities and address in a prioritised manner
• Creating and managing comprehensive documentation for the research that is carried out, ensuring that is easily digestible and shared appropriately with relevant stakeholders
• Delivering workshops that are needed to help identify, capture and prioritise focus across new and existing clients

Candidate should have:

• More than 2 years of experience in UX, Product Design or web development
• E-commerce experience
• Workshop skills for gathering requirements and generating ideas
