HRGO are currently looking for a Tufting Machine operators on behalf of a family run manufacturing company based in Clayton West, Huddersfield. This is an excellent career opportunity with an established but growing company.

Role:- Tufting Machine Operator
Salary: £25k-£27K
Hours: This role will operate on a day shift to begin with and eventually go onto a shift pattern which is yet to be agreed and includes a 6% shift allowance.

Requirements include: -

• Tufting experience is essential
• Positive, "can do" attitude is crucial
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to work efficiently and a drive to improve continuously
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• An ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• The ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure
• To work well as a part of a team and communicate with other workers

The right Candidate should ideally: -

• Have experience within a running a tufting machine
• Be motivated and health and safety conscious.
• Can work to time frames and deadlines.
• Good level of numeracy, literacy, and general education
• Very good level of written and spoken English
• A great eye for detail

Salary: £12.00 per hour for experienced Tufters only. Operators with some experience will be considered depending on experience level and salary expectations.
