Job Description

Transport Office Administrator

HRGO Recruitment Wakefield are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to work within the transport office or a large Warehouse based in Wetherby.

Duties willl include:-

  • Dealing with drivers/couriers,
  • Checking and raising Purchase Orders
  • Dealing with order enquiries
  • Confirming delivery of orders
  • Checking Paperwork

The right candidate should:-

  • Have experience in an administrative role.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel
  • Ideally have some knowledge experience of working within a transport office

This is initially a temporary role, which is expected to last at least 3 months. There may also be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate
